Elnips international was first inaugurated in Africa (1996) and later incorporated in Canada (2004) as Elnips International Calgary Foundation and is a network of organizations based on the development in partnerships with communities, private enterprise, non-profit organization, and government agency. These partnerships were based on shared belief that recreation, workshops, conferences and leadership skills training can be used as holistic model for youth development which can also serve as prevention of HIV/AIDS and other related communicable diseases.
